Mother's Day
I recently watched a video about a cat in Ireland that adopted three baby ducklings alongside her own litter of kittens. I happen to be a BIG fan of unlikely animal friendships (as is evident from this previous post of mine), and I thought this would make for a perfect Mother's Day illustration.
This one is dedicated to my mom, who as far as I know has never adopted any ducks, but is a beautiful and fantastic mother nonetheless.
why can't we all just get along?
I can't believe this movie hasn't been made yet. If I had access to my own movie set and 80 tonnes of marshmallows I would make it myself, but unfortunately I am lacking both of those things :(
on another note, did you know that marshmallows are called marshmallows because they were originally made from the marshmallow plant? I just found that out, and will probably immediately forget it.
