what's new, pussy cat?

ever wonder what cats are saying to each other when they meow? well, thanks to some patented cat translation technology, I was able to decipher some of these meows for a new segment I call 'Animal Pick-up Lines'. Special thanks to everyone who contributed their own lines - Josh, Amal, Kay, and Sandy (sorry Georgie and Jen, I wanted to keep this PG, so I couldn't use yours)..​

do the harlem shake

​So I'm sitting in a bar, minding my own business, when this random guy in a panda mask comes in and starts hip-thrusting, head-bobbing, and disc-stepping all over the joint. Then next thing I know, the beat drops and the whole bar is thrashing around like a pack of wild monkeys! And they called it.... the Harlem Shake.

​As it turns out, this particular Harlem Shake (there are more) was a joint effort by the HK Social meetup club and the WWF Hong Kong to promote earth hour (8:00pm, March 23, 2013). Anyway, this is a picture I drew of it...

warm-hearted tickle machine

I'm not really sure what inspired the ​warm-hearted tickle machine, all I know is that it is pretty cute and that I don't want one in my home...

why can't we all just get along?

I can't believe this movie hasn't been made yet. If I had access to my own movie set and 80 tonnes of marshmallows I would make it myself, but unfortunately I am lacking both of those things :(

​on another note, did you know that marshmallows are called marshmallows because they were originally made from the marshmallow plant? I just found that out, and will probably immediately forget it.
